For 2010-2011, we are excited to have several of our older CDP dancers serving your ballerinas in class! Each TA is held to a high standard of behavior. They are great examples and role models for our dancers!
Rachel Gibson is a senior at Middle Creek High School and currently serves as Student Body President. This will be her 12th year of dance at CDP as well as her 3rd year as a teacher assistant. She enjoys all styles of dance however hip-hop is her favorite. Rachel loves to watch the younger students grow from the beginning of the year to the end. She is excited to continue to share her love of dance with the younger students and cannot wait to see what the year holds!
Anne-Catherine Rossi is ninth grader at Apex High School in Apex. She has been dancing since she was four years old. This is her ninth year at CDP and her sixth year dancing in Company. She is always very excited to TA every year. She considers dance her passion and hopes to make it a career, but in the meantime she loves helping others enjoy it, too.
Brittney Maslowski is a senior at Green Hope High school. She has been dancing since the age of 3 and joined our CDP family when she was in 5th grade. Brittney’s favorite forms of dance are lyrical and jazz although she does enjoy all styles. This is her second year as a TA and Brittney is excited to share her passion for dance with her Monday night girls!
Sarah Farrar is a sophomore at Athens Drive High School and has been dancing at Cary Dance Productions since kindergarten. It is her 9th year competing in CDP's company. This is her second year being a TA and she is very excited to be TAing her Monday students from last year and her new Wednesday students. Sarah is looking forward to sharing her love of dance with everyone!
Jessica Judd is a junior at Panther Creek High School. She has been dancing for 13 years, at CDP for 10 years, and in company for 7 years. She loves CDP and calls it her second home. Jessica has also been dancing with Elevate, a performance and promotions company in Raleigh since April of 2010. She is really looking forward to working with the Junior and Teen Company and is happy to share her knowledge and love for dance!
Courteney Sebastian is a Freshman at Panther Creek High School. She has been dancing since she was three years old and has loved it ever since! This is her ninth year here at CDP and her sixth year on company. She was excited about being a TA last year and is even more excited this year! She feels that TAing has helped her to grow to become a better dancer and looks forward to the rest of the year!
Natalie Rapp is currently a freshman at Boughton High School. This is her 7th year of dance at CDP. She is in their Senior Company. She also dances at school in a modern dance class as the only freshman to be accepted into this class. This year is the first time she has been a TA, but she has had experience teaching young girls dance before. She has taught multiple cheerleading dances for ages 4 to 10. Natalie can't wait for the wonderful times she's sure to have with her 5-7 year old class on Thursdays!
Nicolle Clark is a freshman at Green Hope High School. This will be her 3rd year dancing on CDP's competition team, and her 3rd year at CDP as well. This is her first year being a TA and she is very excited to be able to work with the little girls, and help teach them everything she knows. Her favorite dance forms are contemporary, tap, and jazz. Nicolle is proud to call herself part of the CDP family!
Vonnie O’Neal is an eighth grader at Dillard Drive Middle School. She has been dancing at CDP for 9 years, ever since kindergarten. This is Vonnie's first year as TA with Ms. Kathryn on Thursdays. She is very excited about teaching her girls.
