We are happy to give full or partial refunds in the following situations:
- If you drop a class before October 31, we will refund the tuition deposit you made for ½ June. We will also refund your costume deposits. To receive these refunds, please complete and turn in the Student Drop Form (available in the office).
- If you drop a class after October 31, we cannot refund your costume deposit but your ½ June tuition deposit will be applied toward your costume balance. You are responsible for the remainder of the costume balance. We ask that you please complete and turn in the Student Drop Form (available in the office).
- If we must cancel a class due to lack of enrollment (eight students or less), we will offer refunds for that class. If a class is canceled prior to the first session, we give a full refund; if a class is canceled after sessions have taken place, we will give a prorated refund based on the number of sessions taught at the time of cancellation.
Please note: There are no refunds or discounts for classes missed, however students will have the opportunity to make up a missed class, if desired.
