Info for Parents

Where do I get dance attire and shoes?

Dance attire may be purchased at Target, Wal-Mart, or Releve Dancewear on Meeting Street (next to Moe's).

Students are required to wear dance clothes to class; while leotards and tights are preferred, jazz pants and tops are acceptable. You may choose the color and style. The only exception is for students in third grade and up that take ballet classes; these girls must wear a leotard and tights without attached skirts or extra clothing. Costumes should not be worn unless there is a special event at the school. Read more about dance attire and shoes in our Student Handbook.

How can I sign my child up for classes?

To enroll your child in CDP dance classes, view the schedule, print the 2-page registration form (FRONT and BACK), and read the registration letter.

Next, calculate your tuition costs based on the number of hours your child spends in class each week.

Lastly, fill out the 2-page registration form and mail it or drop it by the office with your first payment. Get instructions on how to calculate your first payment.

What's the best way for me to pay for my child's tuition?

While we offer different payment options, we encourage you to sign up for our automatic draft plan. Get more details here.

Can my child get private lessons?

Yes! Many of our students benefit from the one-on-one instruction that private lessons allow. Find out more about prices and how to sign up.

Do you do birthday parties?

A CDP birthday party includes dressing up in costumes, playing dance games, participating in dance education, and watching a dance show. There is also plenty of time to open gifts and eat cake and ice cream! Sound like fun? Get more details.
